I was born in a third-world country into extreme poverty. My father was murdered

when I was three. My mother raised my brother and me on two jobs. At one point, we were homeless - living under a bridge.

Even then, I understood one thing clearly: education was my only way out. I fought through school and college, eventually becoming a lawyer. I thought I had made it. I thought the struggle was over.

But working for a union in my home country, I encountered a different kind of poverty, moral poverty. The corruption was suffocating. It was eating my soul. So I made a decision that changed everything: I left everything behind and started over in the United States.

"I arrived in America and worked as a nanny. My law degree meant nothing here. I went back to community college, rebuilt myself from scratch again."

Then I married. We had a daughter. And slowly, I realized I had walked into another kind of prison - an emotionally abusive relationship with a narcissist who made me feel small, invisible, unworthy.

When the fighting became so intense my daughter was witnessing it, I knew: this was my rock bottom, and my awakening moment.

THE HEALING PATH

Getting divorce was the hardest decision of my life. All I had ever wanted was a stable home - the kind of safety I never had as a child. But every fight made me physically sick, and as a Yoga Teacher, I understood exactly what chronic stress does to the body, mind and soul.

The decision was liberation.

I began the real journey, the journey back to myself. Since 2016, I have studied under Dr. Joe Dispenza, read and practice deeply in the healing arts, trained as a Yin Yoga Teacher, and continued to evolve, all while navigating single motherhood and a full-time career as a paralegal.

Healing happens in layers. Real transformation cannot be rushed. I learned that. I lived it. And now I teach it.

WHAT I HAD TO UNLEARN

Woven into every cell from childhood poverty, abuse, and the marriage I thought I had to hold together.

"I am not worthy."

Of love. Of success. Of happiness. Of being seen.

enough to teach."

This fear kept me small for far too long.

"Then I looked at the evidence: I've been teaching Yin Yoga for over seven years with tremendous success. My students seek me out. They see something in me I was too afraid to claim."

I am an incredible teacher. With everything I've learned and embodied, I am meant to be an extraordinary coach and spiritual healer. It's time to embrace that. Fully.

Here is the truth; certain people, situations, and circumstances in your life cannot be changed. But you can change your perception. You can learn to work with reality and still become who you're meant to be. This is practical spirituality. This is realistic transformation.
